We're back!!!!

We are excited to announce that the OCHL will be returning to its regularly scheduled programming on Monday, January 31, 2022. 

Please ensure you are following all guidelines in place prior to this latest pause in play, which include: 

Proof of Vaccination and Screenin

- All patrons 12 years and older are required to provide proof of identification and of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This includes spectators, athletes, coaches, officials, and volunteers. 
- Proof of vaccination, or medical exemption, must be provided in the form of the enhanced vaccine certificate with QR code.
- Children 11 years old and younger are not required to show proof of vaccination, proof of identification showing name and age may be required. 
- All patrons are required to show proof of the successful completion of the City of Oshawa online COVID-19 screening at www.oshawa.ca/screening prior to entering the facility. 

Entry and Exit Protocols

- Arenas are restricted to 50% capacity. 
- Teams should only arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled time.
- Spectators are encouraged to remain outside the facility until the scheduled game/practice time. 
- Spectators are to exit the facility immediately upon the conclusion of the game/practice. 
- Coaches are required to ensure all team members exit the facility within 20 minutes of the conclusion of the game/practice 
- All players, coaches, spectators, and game officials are required to wear a face mask/covering at all times inside the facility. 
    - Players and game officials may only remove their face mask/covering before entering the arena surface. 
    - Masks/face covering must be worn immediately upon leaving the arena surface. 
- Players must remain in the change room until immediately prior to entering the arena surface. 
- Coaches must remain near the change room until entering the arena surface. 

Additional Information 

- Lobbies are closed for spectating/gathering. 
- To ensure physical distancing limited showers are available in change rooms at all facilities. 
- Physical distancing is required within all areas of the facility.  
- Player’s benches are open. All bench personnel must wear a mask/face covering at all times. 
- Warmups are not permitted inside of the facility. 
- Signage in the facility must be adhered to.
